This time I came to Xi'an Aerospace City for a business trip, and after three consecutive days of meetings, I felt stiff all over. Originally, I just went to the leisure area of Tianyu Fields International Hotel Xi'an with a trial mentality, but unexpectedly it directly boosted my remaining accommodation experience to full marks, completely breaking my stereotype of "showing off" leisure facilities in business hotels.
The hotel's leisure center is on the basement level, which can be reached in two minutes by taking the elevator from the guest rooms, without having to take any detours. Upon entering, passing through the temperature controlled swimming pool area, I was immediately amazed by the water quality. The pool water was crystal clear, even the anti slip patterns on the bottom were clearly visible, and there was no pungent smell of disinfectant. The standard 25 meter long lane has very few people, and even during the peak hours at 8 pm, one can monopolize a lane without having to dodge. The water temperature remains stable at 28 degrees all year round, and I don't feel bone chilling when I first enter the water. After swimming 1000 meters, the nearby staff had already handed me dry towels and hot ginger tea, and even set up my slippers in advance. The details were so thoughtful that it was surprising. There is also a separate hot water pool by the pool, which allows you to sit in and soak for ten minutes when you are tired from swimming. The stiff shoulders and necks from meetings all day can instantly relax.
The gym next to it is not equipped with two old treadmills to make up for the difference. The entire range of imported fitness equipment covers from the aerobic zone to the strength zone. The treadmills are facing the floor mirror, and the view is not suppressed when running. Dumbbells are arranged neatly from the lightest 2.5 kilograms to 25 kilograms, and even small accessories such as yoga mats and elastic bands are provided for free. This time I came to Xi'an Aerospace Industry Park for on-site office work, and I had to stay for a week. After comparing several hotels in the surrounding area, I finally decided on Tianyu Fields International Hotel Xi'an. After staying there, I realized that it was a worry free choice tailored for business trips. It's just an 8-minute walk from Exit A of the Aerospace Avenue subway station. It's over 600 meters away and you don't have to take any detours. You don't have to worry about traffic jams to go to the industrial park for meetings during the morning rush hour. Even if you land in Xi'an late at night, you can easily reach the hotel by taking Line 4 and transferring to Line 2 of the subway, without wasting time in the rush hour traffic.
Driving here is more worry free. The hotel comes with a free parking lot, and new energy vehicle charging stations are also fully equipped. If you drive an official car for business trips, you don't have to spend extra parking fees for a week. The accumulated cost savings are also significant. The entire check-in process takes no more than 3 minutes. The front desk directly handed over my room card and printed itinerary, and also proactively reminded me of the exclusive benefits of the executive floor. If I have any printing or car usage needs, I can directly call the front desk and respond within 10 minutes, without having to run around and fuss by myself.
The high-rise Yuexiang room I live in has a 32 square meter space that is not cramped at all. It comes with a 1.8-meter large bed and a Shu Da mattress, which instantly relaxes me after three days of continuous meetings. A spacious ergonomic writing desk is placed by the window, and the high-speed WiFi is stable throughout the entire process without dropping. Even if it is a two-hour cross-border video conference, there is no lag in the picture and sound, so there is no need to worry about losing control at critical moments. The room is also equipped with a separate bathtub and refrigerator. After opening, I will take a hot bath and can easily get my iced drinks. Even the front desk has arranged free file storage for the work materials I carry with me, so I don't have to worry about losing them.

Even if you're busy until 9pm, you can take a half-hour swim twice to relieve the fatigue of the whole day. At seven o'clock in the morning, we will have a meal. There is no need to rush to eat bread. Cantonese Dim sum, local meat buns and Liangpi in Shaanxi can be chosen at random. After eating, we can go to the meeting directly. The afternoon tea and evening light meals at the executive lounge do not require a special trip to find a restaurant. After the meeting, you can have hot food and save time by processing a few extra pages of PPT.
What surprised me most was the hotel's detail service. I had to hold a small department meeting of 20 people temporarily. I communicated with the front desk one day in advance. The meeting room was already arranged the next day. Projections, tea, paper and pens were all ready. Even the tea break between the meetings was equipped with local Dim sum according to our needs. It takes only 15 minutes from the hotel to reach the Big Wild Goose Pagoda and 20 minutes to reach the Ming City Wall. Even if you take a two-hour break during a meeting, you can still take a stroll and relax along the way. After staying on this business trip, there won't be any troublesome matters that hold me back.
